If you are using Windows Mail, you may find the following step by step instructions of use. - Open Windows Mail
- Click 'Tools' (on the toolbar), then 'Accounts' (from the subsequent drop down menu)
- Click the 'Add' button, select 'E-mail Account' and press 'Next'
- Enter your Display Name in the box provided, in the form that you would like the recipients of your mails to see, and then click 'Next'
- Enter your email address yourname@yourdomain.com and click 'Next'
- Select the 'Incoming E-mail Server Type' as 'POP3'
- Enter the Incoming Mail Server as shown in the table above in the 'Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server' box
- Enter the Outgoing Mail Server as shown in the table above in the 'Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name' box
- Tick the 'Outgoing server requires authentication' box
- Click 'Next'
- Enter your email address yourname@yourdomain.com in the 'E-mail username' box
- Enter your password in the 'Password' box
- Ensure that the 'Remember password' box is ticked
- Click 'Next' and then 'Finish'
