FTP

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the method by which files are moved between your local computer and your web space. You have access to your web space using FTP 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You will need to use an FTP Client - a piece of software which runs on your computer - in order to transfer files to your web space. There are many such software programs available. We recommend WS-FTP Pro, from Ipswitch - you can download the software here.
